When I needed to renovate/remodel my set of flats, I called upon Khoa (United Quality Construction Inc.), who came highly recommended to me. This was a huge undertaking in an area in which I had very limited knowledge and needed all the help I could muster. As it turned out, Khoa was a perfect fit with all the qualities I sought in a contractor: very nice and easy to get along with, honest, reliable, responsible, and reasonable with his fees. He kept me informed every step of the project, patiently and clearly communicating them to me and/or explaining anything I did not understand. He gave me choices, recommendations, and assistance in selecting what was best for the particular task to suit me and my pocketbook. Lastly, I deeply appreciated how he maintained his follow-through every bit of the way (has a fantastic memory — no reminders needed!). An added plus: he follows up even after the project is completed to be sure everything is all right and that I’m satisfied. Great guy and what a find!
